Can I order larger prints or more than one print
(digital
manipulation services)?
Yes, of course you can! When completing
your order form, just select your preferred options. Since we mainly
charge for our time and expertise, the costs of any larger or extra
prints are kept down. We pass this benefit on to you the customer.
What
happens if I have a particular finish in mind (digital manipulation
services)?
i.e. Gloss/Mat paper finish or even a smudgy border?
Yes. Once again, just select your preferred options. If you have any
special requirements that are not listed, just complete the special
requirements box at order stage and we do our best to accommodate you.
If you do not make any special requirements, we shall make our decisions
based on best practice.
Do
you alter the originals (digital
manipulation services)?
No, we only take a digital copy from your original. Your original
will be returned to you unmodified.
Can
I send you photos in its original frame?
Yes. If for any reason you do not want to remove the photo
from the frame just send everything "as is". Please note that
the photograph will be taken out of the frame for restoration purposes
and placed back in it when shipped back to you. If the photo cannot
be removed from the frame without further damage, then we will arrange
to scan in the most accurate fashion possible. It should be noted however,
that wherever possible, we advise you to send us your photograph by
itself and out of the frame since you would incur additional
postal costs due to the extra weight involved.
For this reason, we insist that all items be sent with an additional
stamped addressed envelope. In the rare instance that we have to reject
the job, we will use your stamped addressed envelope to return your
framed image back to you.
What do the finished prints look like (digital
manipulation services) ?
At Supaphoto, we use some of the best materials and equipment
to ensure that the finished image looks as best as possible. We use
high quality fine art photographic paper with a average lightfastness
factor of twenty five years. A high percentage of our customers are
returning customers and we aim to keep it that way!
How
long does it take?
Whilst the precise time varies with our workload,
we normally manage to dispatch completed work between five and seven
working days from receipt of your written order.
Do you have a gift wrapping and framing service?
Yes we do! We get quite a number of requests
for this service. Our gold class gift wrapping
and framing section outlines the options available.
How and when do I pay for the service?
There
are three ways to pay for the service:
i) Over the telephone for most credit cards and
debit cards
including Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Paypal.
ii) By posting a cheque to us.

card transactions are encrypted and conducted over secure servers. On
receipt your image, we'll contact
you to confirm price and details of work. Please
note that we are under no obligation to accept any order placed by you
and we will not be treated as having accepted any such order until you
have received confirmation from us that we have done so. This confirmation
will be by e-mail.
On your acceptance for us to proceed and clearance of your payment,
we'll commence the work and ship it a few days later. If
you change your mind and wish to have your originals returned to you,
providing that you send your images to us together
with an additional stamped addressed envelope and that we have
not already commenced work on your images or

will post them back to you a.s.a.p
with no obligation whatsoever.
Alternative payment methods are available. We accept cheques and postal
orders as advance payment. Please make your cheque payable to Supaphoto
Limited and post to the address shown at the foot of each page. Write
your email address and "advance payment" on the back of the
cheque. This is normally
done by email.
Do you accept every job for digital manipulation services?
No.
On extremely rare occasions, we are regrettably forced to reject certain
types of restoration work on account of the difficulty involved to make
a good job of it. For this reason, we ask that all restoration work
be sent with an additional stamped addressed envelope. In the
rare instance that we have to reject the job, we will use your stamped
addressed envelope to send your image(s) back to you.
Please note however, that this is very unusual.
Can I withdraw my request and have my originals returned to me?
Yes. Providing that you send your images to us together
with an additional stamped addressed envelope and that we have
not already commenced work on your images or
cleared any payment made to us by you, we
will post them back to you a.s.a.p without any penalty whatsoever. Please
note that in the rare instance that we are obliged to reject the job,
we will also use your stamped addressed envelope in this case too. Please
make sure that you have allowed for sufficient postage for shipping.
