Our process of recovering data is simple and clear.

Firstly, send your failed media to Supaphoto Ltd. we will then assess the extent of the damaged media.

Any estimates that supply there afterwards, would be free of charge.

We never initiate the recovery process without your consent. In order to ensure the correct format of data, strict quality process is applied during this process. Recovered data will be copied on the media of your choice and will be shipped to you after payment has be made and cleared.

We employ specialist data recovery software for Windows FAT and NTFS file systems. This software can often recover deleted and formatted files and folders from Hard Disk and other storage media.

We can often recover formatted and deleted data from other portable drives such as micro disks, JAZ, Flash drives, memory cards and CD/DVD.

Where your material has to be returned to you by post, an extra charge may be applicable.
