A typical day! An old photograph was shown to us which sadly had been neglected over the years. It was sepia coloured and had been considerably damaged. To begin with it had a number of scratches (similar to the ones as shown above) and secondly it had a crease in the centre of the image. Our task was to restore the image as best as possible. Working from a digital copy of original image, we first adjusted the picture for tonal balance, colour balance and contrast. We then caringly repaired the image. Finally, we made a quality 5" x 7" print. (included in price). The customer then requested that we supply the image gift wrapped since it was intended as a gift for a relative. The item was then carefully packed. We duly despached with a note including text as supplied by the client and we are told that the relative was extremly happy with the result.

Our task was to carefully remove the person from the background, and remove a number of scratches.
